While we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, we will assist you in tracking your package with our shipping partners.

  • Multiple Shipments:
    Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations. Rest assured, you will only be charged a single delivery fee for the entire order.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking details.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD is not a trial option; payment must be completed upon delivery. Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for future purchases.
    • Our shipping partners may not support COD in some areas, and the option might be unavailable. For assistance, contact our customer support via WhatsApp.
  • Special Delivery Requests:
    If you have specific delivery time requirements, please email us and leave a comment with your order. While we will strive to meet your request, we cannot guarantee special delivery times.

  • Logistics Partners:
    Reliable courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping deliver orders placed in India. If your address is outside their serviceable areas, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery solutions.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • To cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
    • Refunds will not be processed if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if delivery fails after three attempts by the courier.

  • International Shipping:
    International shipping will be available soon. Please note, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Returns and Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy.

  1. At Imaar Homes, we ensure our products are packed with care and love to reach our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will address this immediately for you.
  2. While we take pride in our products, we understand that sometimes they may not fit into your home as expected. In such cases, we offer returns as a service. Returns are accepted up to 7 days post-delivery of the order. Please ensure to clearly mention the items you wish to return. For partial returns, only hand over the items being returned to the pickup agent.
    a) Returns are processed free of charge. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep, and once received, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned items, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny free returns if a previous COD order has been canceled at the doorstep.
    b) We may charge a fee for returns or deny return requests if multiple returns are initiated from the same account.
  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. All original paperwork must also be included.
  4. In rare cases where the pincode is unserviceable by our courier partners, the reverse pickup will only be processed once the pincode becomes serviceable.
  5. While instances of missing products or theft during transit are extremely rare, if you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please contact the Imaar team immediately and take a video before opening the box. If you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered but have not received the parcel, notify the Imaar team within 24 hours of the successful delivery notification.
  6. Imaar utilizes third-party courier services and cannot be held liable for shipping delays. While we provide an estimated delivery timeframe, we extend our best support to ensure timely delivery. For urgent orders, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
  7. Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 4 hours of placement. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible and will be treated as a return in cases of non-acceptance. For COD orders, Imaar reserves the right to deny future orders. For prepaid orders, two-way shipping costs may be charged for cancellations.
  8. We strive to process all returns within 10 days. For any questions about your return, feel free to contact the Imaar Care team at info@imaarhome.com.
  9. All return requests must be approved before processing. The Imaar Care team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with an approval or denial.
  10. Orders placed online cannot be returned at offline physical stores.
  11. Once returns are received and pass our quality checks, store credit or a voucher will be issued for your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 months and can be used without limitations.
  12. At Imaar, we aim to resolve all disputes amicably to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in case of unresolved disputes, the jurisdiction shall be Mumbai, India.
  13. Please note that slight differences in texture, color, or size may occur for our artisanal and hand-made products. These natural variations are not considered defects but add to the uniqueness of each item.
  14. For bulk or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns for such orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  15. Imaar reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order. All returns and quality checks are subject to Imaar’s discretion, but rest assured, we strive to ensure the best for your home.
