  6. Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed? Yes, contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible to request a change.

  7. Can I see the products before I buy them? a. We cannot share samples of our collection, but we can share real-time images upon request. b. Our premium-quality products are designed to exceed expectations. You can also read reviews on our website’s product pages before placing an order.

  8. What is the origin of the product? Which country? We manufacture and curate unique home décor products from across India and Southeast Asia.

Delivery

  1. How do I check the estimated delivery date for my order? a. At the checkout page, enter your pincode and address details to view the estimated delivery date. b. After placing your order, check the tracking link shared via WhatsApp/email for updates.

  2. Can you deliver my item faster than mentioned on the checkout page? a. Delivery depends on the logistic network in your area. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. b. You can opt for express shipping at checkout to expedite delivery.

  3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally to select countries and order values. Contact our Customer Care team for more information.

  4. My purchase is a gift. Can Imaar Home send the order without an invoice? Yes, mention this request at checkout or contact us with your order ID, and we’ll assist you.

  5. Can my product be gift-wrapped? Yes, gift wrapping is available at Rs.25 per item. Select “Add Gift Wrap” at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  1. What do I do if I receive a damaged/defective or incorrect product? a. We pack with care, but if your product arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and box within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue immediately. b. To initiate a return/exchange, click here for assistance. c. Slight variations in artisanal, handmade products are normal and not considered defects. These variations add uniqueness to each piece. d. For incorrect or missing items, please contact us promptly with a video of the unboxing process.

  2. Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning a product? Returned items must have their original packaging, be unused, and include all original documentation.

  3. Can I return a product if I don’t like it? a. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Specify the items you wish to return clearly. b. Returns are free of charge. We’ll issue store credits equivalent to the value of the returned items. c. Shipping charges (if any) paid during the order are non-refundable. d. We may deny returns or charge for frequent return requests from the same account.

  4. What is your cancellation policy? Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 4 hours of placement. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled. Non-acceptance will be treated as a return.

  5. Can I get a refund instead of store credit? a. We do not offer refunds; only store credits are issued for returns. b. These credits can be used for future purchases.

  1. How can I place a bulk order through Imaar Home? Share your requirements via email or WhatsApp, and our team will contact you.

  2. Can I customize an item? No, we do not offer product customization. However, gift wrapping or messages can be added at checkout.

Payment

  1. What are my payment options? a. Prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, PayPal, or Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available. b. Use an Imaar Home Gift Card or discount code at checkout.

  2. Is COD available? a. Yes, COD is available for all orders. b. For orders below Rs.500, COD charges are Rs.90; for orders above Rs.500, COD charges are Rs.40.

  3. Can I pay via bank transfer? Yes, contact our Customer Care team for bank transfer details.

  4. Does Imaar Home retain my card or account details? a. Your information is secure and used only for order processing and communication. b. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
